In full bloom

I just had to take a picture of these beautiful tangerine colored roses that Patrick got Jennifer this past weekend. I'm so glad she is sharing them with us all. The color is perfect in my living room.

HI Connie,

Thanks for stopping by today to tell me about your laundry systems. And how in the world did you find me??? Oh and imagine my great joy when I clicked on your profile and saw that you are 44! So am I. Yahoo someone else in their 40's who blogs! I cannot believe you have been married for 24 years. I have only been married for 10 yrs and have a 7 yr old and 5 yr old. Thus the reason most people I know these days are way younger than I am. Oh well. I read some of your posts. I take it your daughter is opening a photography studio?? Is that right? And what college does your son go to? You did the right thing letting him handle the school thing solo. I would have felt the same way as you do...ya know, like marching in and telling those school officials they are ripping off a kid! But alas it was a learning experience for both of you. By the time my kids are that age, I will be on social security and feeble...you were smart to start young...well, I would have, but God made me wait until I was 33. It was worth the wait though. I've rambled enough...I'll be back and thanks for stopping by!

I love to read blogs and I found you through another blog that listed you on their favorites. I just felt compelled to reply about laundry because I so know where you're at through my own experiences. I just finished my laundry room and now I love to go in there. Click on the "pondering my many blessings" post and you will see my newly painted laundry room.
I added you on my favorites list. I blog for the same reason you blog. It's fun to look back and see some growth...and also something to leave of myself. Thanks for stopping by and saying hi. By the way, I totally love your favorite music. I'm a huge fan of Christian music too!
