Yesterday we spent the entire day at the lake, visiting Jordy's future in-laws. It has become an annual birthday celebration for her up there. The whole family came up (except for Ryan) and they had a great time fishing and tubing on the lake. sigh. Why can't we have a place like that of our own?
Deb and Rick were very hospitable...feeding us lunch and dinner and beers by the campfire. It was a wonderfully relaxing day...something we really needed.

Sounds like a wonderful day. Our family has a cabin on a huge lake just south of Glacier National Park in Montana. We didn't make it up there every summer but it was so clear,SUPER cold and tubing was involved. My youngest says I would like a ski-do or whatever they are.
Oh how I want a place on the water someday...I probably won't get it this side of heaven though..sigh...
