What an absolutely beautiful morning here today. It was a little cool but the sun is shining which is always perfect for my morning walk. Lots of vitamin D in that sunshine and the endorphins are flowing with that dose of exercise. Mary Lou and I decided we were going to go out to the Berry Farm and pick blueberries today after our walk. I could have stayed for hours! The abundant berries, encouraging conversation, sunshine, and laughter combined with all the "feel good hormones" made for a great start to my day.
Now I've gotta go find a great recipe to make something wonderfully blueberry. God is good.

AHHH BLUEBERRIES...they are as expensive as gas these days... I am so jealous that you have that big ole bowl of them...I'm thinking blueberry muffins right about now ;)
