What an exciting series. I'm so glad this game didn't go into triple overtime like the last one. I'm not gonna lie...I fell asleep after regulation gametime and woke up when Pat was spitting at the tv. (okay, slight exaggeration, but he was PISSED!) It was quite interesting around here because Josh and Jake were actually cheering for the Penguins. (Jacob idolizes Sydney Crosby) Is nothing sacred? Why wouldn't you root for your own state's team? Their reply? Uh...pretty sure none of the Redwings are actually from Michigan. Yah...whatever.

I thought of you as I saw them hoisting the trophy last night... I missed the game. I felt bad that they couldn't bask in the glow in Detroit...those Penguin fans hung in there for a few minutes though...but still not the same...next year it's the CAPS CAPS CAPS!!! Go OVI!!!

I'm from Colorado and we are big Avalanche fans. It's only because I really like you personally that I'm happy for you that the Red Wings won.
